Key Responsibilities
As Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple commercial construction projects, reporting into senior leadership within the regional business.
- Manage all managerial and administrative aspects of projects including estimating, scheduling, quality control, cost reporting, safety, and billing
- Lead the design coordination process, working closely with owners, architects, and engineers from early concept through delivery
- Prepare accurate and comprehensive project estimates and participate in client proposal and scope review meetings
- Drive value engineering initiatives and cost‑saving solutions without compromising quality or programme
- Oversee subcontractor procurement, buyout, and ongoing performance management
- Chair regular site meetings, monitor progress against programme, and make sound decisions under tight deadlines
- Ensure projects consistently meet or exceed internal standards and external client expectations
Profile
The Successful Applicant
For the Project Manager role, we are seeking:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
- Two to five years of experience in construction management or engineering design, ideally within commercial or tenant improvement projects
- Strong working knowledge of project controls including estimating, scheduling, and cost management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project
- A proactive problem solver with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- High levels of integrity, accountability, and commitment to quality and client satisfaction
