We are currently seeking a Legal Recruiting Specialist to join our client's Los Angeles office. This pivotal role is responsible for coordinating and supporting full-cycle recruiting to ensure the attraction and retention of top legal talent. The role is 4 days onsite, 1 from home.

Description

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of attorney recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with law schools.
• Plan, organize and execute OCI recruiting events and summer program activities.
• Manage and update recruitment databases and candidate tracking systems.
• Prepare and analyze recruitment metrics and reports.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Contribute to the development of recruitment strategies and initiatives.

Profile

A successful Legal Recruiting Specialist should have:

• Legal recruiting experience preferred, or experience in campus recruiting within the Professional Services industry.
• Strong communication, networking and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in using HRIS and recruitment software.
• A detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently.
