Description

This role will report directly into the Director of Operations and be responsible for:

• Overseeing all daily plant operations to ensure efficient use of people, equipment, and materials.
• Leading organizational turnaround through structured systems, metrics, and accountability.
• Championing change management initiatives to build engagement and ownership across teams.
• Developing and executing strategies to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Partnering cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance to align on objectives.
• Monitoring KPIs and performance data, identifying gaps, and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensuring compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Building and developing a high-performing team, strengthening leadership and culture.
• Managing budgets, resources, and production schedules to meet operational and customer targets.
• Driving Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement initiatives.

Profile

The successful candidate will have

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field preferred
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, including plant-level management.
• Proven success leading change and turnaround efforts in production environments.
• Strong working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a focus on team development.
• Demonstrated ability to balance day-to-day operations with long-term strategic goals.
• Experience managing budgets, KPIs, and full operational performance.
