Our client is currently seeking a motivated Office Administrator with construction background to join their growing team who is looking to grow with the business.
Description
The Office Administrator with Construction Background will:
- Our ideal Office Administrator has 2 years of construction administration support experience and a firm grasp of construction industry best practices
- 2 years of experience in construction services, administrative support, contract administration, or construction project management is crucial
- Understanding of the construction industry and processes are beneficial- including codes, AIA documentation, and safety regulations
- Bid paperwork experience
Profile
The successful Commercial Construction Project Manager will have the following:
- Our ideal Office Administrator has 2 years of construction administration support experience and a firm grasp of construction industry best practices
- 2 years of experience in construction services, administrative support, contract administration, or construction project management is crucial
- Understanding of the construction industry and processes are beneficial- including codes, AIA documentation, and safety regulations
- Bid paperwork experience
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Well organized
Job Offer
