HR/IT Project Manager
We are seeking a skilled HR Project Manager to lead and manage various HR-related projects within our financial services technology department. The ideal candidate must be highly organized and experienced in project management, with an understanding of human resources functions.
PLEASE NOTE: This role is a contract role to start, on-site 5x a week, no visa sponsorship available, & W2 ONLY!

Description
- Manage and oversee various HR-related projects within the technology department.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines and resources needed.
- Track project performance and make necessary adjustments to meet objectives.
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders regularly.
- Evaluate project outcomes and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure all projects align with company policies and regulations.
- Facilitate change management processes across the organization.

Profile
- Bachelor's degree or above required
- 3-5 year of relevant experience in HRIS
- Project Management Experience
- Vendor Management experience
- Must be able to work on SQL Database and assist the team to extract the required information and data
- Previous experience in Dayforce implementation and configuration is a huge plus
- Mandarin speaking is a huge plus
