Assistant Project Manager - commercial interiors & renovations
- Support the execution of commercial interior and renovation projects alongside experienced Project Managers and Superintendents.
This role offers hands-on exposure, mentorship, and clear growth within a tight-knit construction team.

Description
Assist with RFIs, submittals, and document control
Support schedule updates, meeting minutes, and project reporting
Coordinate vendors, subcontractors, and material deliveries
Review drawings and assist with scope clarification
Track project costs and change documentation
Maintain project files within Procore
Support project closeout activities
Profile
2-4+ years of experience in commercial construction preferred
Exposure to interiors, renovations, or TI work a plus
Procore experience strongly preferred
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
Strong organizational and communication skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Job Offer
Base salary: $75K-$100K (based on experience)
