Top ENR firm, family owned & operated, is looking for a Superintendent to join their team!
- First job is a $30M ground up project in Westport RI
Client Details
Primarily work on Large scale Academic & Healthcare projects in Rhode Island - also do Public/Community & Industrial
- In business over 100 years
- Headquartered out of CT, second office in Providence RI

Description
The Superintendent is responsible for:
- Overseeing & managing Large Public Academic projects from start through completion, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
- Developing and leading high performing teams
Providing administrative & technical support by directing the team - Ensuring high-quality, safe, and clean work that meets projects schedules and budgets
- Coordinating & collaborating with necessary project parties
- Leading site personnel, providing guidance to ensure the highest levels of safety, productivity, and performance
- Developing relationships with clients, and maintaining open lines of communication
- Managing project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, daily logs, and progress reports
- Proactively identifying opportunities for improvement
- Establishing and maintaining excellent working relationships with all individuals involved in the project
- Upholding company image / professionalism
Profile
The right candidate has the following qualifications:
- 5+ years experience as a Superintendent with a GC
- Strong background in ground-up commercial work along the lines of (Healthcare, public, K-12, Higher-Ed)
