Description

• Lead on-site operations for civil construction projects, including sitework, utilities, roadwork, and foundations.

• Manage subcontractors, schedules, and material procurement to ensure timely project completion.

• Enforce safety protocols and compliance with local regulations and industry standards.

• Work closely with engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.

• Maintain quality control and oversee daily field activities and inspections.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in civil construction, site development, or heavy infrastructure.

• Strong knowledge of earthwork, utilities, concrete, and structural components.

• Proven ability to manage crews, schedules, and safety procedures effectively.

• Experience with NYC/Westchester civil projects and local regulations is a plus.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
