- Travelling throughout the southeast, preference for someone based out of Nashville
- Manages projects fully on-site
- Coordinates internal teams
- Communicates effectively, establishes and fosters relationships with project managers, architects, engineers and subcontractors
- Does not just manages people but works with them
- Assist in hiring and mentoring new employees
- Ensure safety protocols are being adhered to on the job site
Profile
- 7+ years of experience
- Successful experience in commerical/healthcare/QSR projects
- Work with projects over $1M
- Good with technology
- Leadership skills
