Description

• Oversee and manage all phases of commercial construction projects
• Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure efficient project execution
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality control, and regulatory compliance
• Resolve any project issues or delays promptly, maintaining communication with clients
• Provide leadership to project teams, ensuring productivity and collaboration

Profile

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial project management
• Strong understanding of construction processes and contract management
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
