Social Impact Programming Lead

Our client is seeking an Interim Social Impact Programming Lead to support their team until the end of May 2026. You will ensure continuity and maintain strong relationships with global partners and international stakeholders. Applicants should be located in Portland, OR. However remote PST/EST candidates may be considered.

Description

Strategic Partnership Management

  • Stewardship: Serve as the lead contact for Tier A global partners ($200K+ CHF), ensuring all contractual obligations, brand integrations, and marketing milestones are met
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Product and Marketing teams to ensure partner stories and assets are integrated into upcoming brand campaigns

Grants & Financial Oversight

  • Grant Cycle Management: Oversee the review and vetting process for the Annual Grants program
  • Logistics: Coordinate the distribution of financial donations and product seeding to selected partners

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Platform Administration: Act as the global admin for the Deed platform, troubleshooting user issues and approving localized volunteer opportunities
  • Give Back Month Prep: Support in development of the global strategy for the annual Give Back Month, including communications, event scheduling, and regional lead check-ins
  • Learning and Development: Create various training materials and learning resources, as needed

Profile

  • 5-7 years experience in Social Impact, CSR, or Non-Profit Management
  • Proven track record of managing high-value ($100K+) corporate-NGO partnerships
  • 3-5 years experience in project management, communication, and stakeholder management
  • Must be comfortable stepping in 'mid-stream' projects and management complex timelines immediately
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills-you can navigate conversations with both grassroots community leaders and corporate executives
  • Experience with CSR platforms (i.e., Deed), is a plus
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Creative problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Passion for social impact and community engagement

  • Commit to a contact until end of May 2026
  • Local to Portal, OR is preferred
