Description

  • Partner with attorneys across multiple jurisdictions to support corporate governance, strategic business planning, and high‑value transactional matters.
  • Draft, review, and manage a wide range of corporate documentation, including agreements, entity formations, meeting minutes, and annual filings, ensuring accuracy and professionalism at every step.
  • Drive key components of complex transactions, supporting due diligence, coordinating closings, preparing signature packets, and organizing all post‑closing materials to ensure seamless execution.
  • Oversee corporate record‑keeping and database management, maintaining compliance with deadlines and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with a tight‑knit team of two corporate paralegals within a hybrid schedule.

Profile

  • Brings 10+ years of corporate paralegal experience within a top‑tier AmLaw 100 firm, demonstrating deep expertise in complex corporate work.
  • Holds a Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate, with a strong grounding in corporate governance and transactional practice.
  • Exceptionally organized and detail‑driven, able to manage shifting priorities and multiple deadlines with confidence and minimal supervision.
  • Thrives in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment, contributing positively to a long‑tenured and supportive paralegal group.
  • Shows a track record of professional stability and a clear interest in building a long‑term career with the firm.
