The Accounting Manager, Subsidiaries, is responsible for managing the monthly financial close process, financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with US GAAP and SOX standards. This role supervises a team and partners cross-functionally to ensure accurate and timely financial operations and reporting.

Description

The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing the monthly close process, preparing consolidated financial reports, and ensuring compliance with US GAAP and SOX standards. This role also involves reviewing journal entries, managing internal controls, and partnering with cross-functional departments to support financial analysis and reporting.

Profile

A detail-oriented and driven accounting professional with strong leadership skills, technical expertise in GAAP, and experience in a public company or manufacturing environment. They will have a CPA (or equivalent), excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage complex reporting and cross-functional collaboration.
