Boston - Lead Superintendent - Ground Up Multifamily
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee ground-up multifamily construction projects in Maine. The role requires expertise in managing construction schedules, budgets, and teams to ensure project success.

This company is a well-established business services provider in the construction industry. Operating as a mid-sized organization, they specialize in delivering high-quality multifamily projects with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and client expectations. They are looking for a candidate to oversee the construction of Ground Up Multifamily projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standard.
Description
- Oversee all aspects of ground-up multifamily construction projects from start to finish.
- Develop and manage construction schedules to ensure timely project delivery.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain project flow.
- Monitor project budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented.
- Enforce safety protocols to create a secure work environment for all team members.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to quality and design standards.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients and project managers.
- Resolve any on-site challenges to minimize project delays or disruptions.

Profile
A successful Lead Superintendent should have:
- A strong background in ground-up multifamily construction projects.
- Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and construction teams effectively.
- Excellent knowledge of safety standards and construction best practices.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills to address on-site challenges.
- Familiarity with construction management software and tools.
