Description

• Oversee all aspects of ground-up multifamily construction projects from start to finish.
• Develop and manage construction schedules to ensure timely project delivery.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain project flow.
• Monitor project budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented.
• Enforce safety protocols to create a secure work environment for all team members.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to quality and design standards.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients and project managers.
• Resolve any on-site challenges to minimize project delays or disruptions.
