Description

• Oversee all phases of K-12 construction projects, from planning to completion.
• Coordinate and manage on-site construction activities and subcontractors.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Collaborate with school administrators, architects, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and educational requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
• Facilitate effective communication among all project participants.
• Mentor and train construction staff on best practices and safety protocols.
• Implement project management strategies to optimize efficiency and minimize disruptions.

Profile

A successful candidate for the K-12 Superintendent role will have substantial experience in construction management for educational facilities. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a focus on safety and compliance. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, with familiarity in educational requirements and construction software.
