Superintendent - K12
Our client is seeking a Superintendent for K-12 projects to oversee the planning and execution of educational facility construction, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
The ideal candidate will manage on-site operations, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and educational requirements.

Description
- Oversee all phases of K-12 construction projects, from planning to completion.
- Coordinate and manage on-site construction activities and subcontractors.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Collaborate with school administrators, architects, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and educational requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
- Facilitate effective communication among all project participants.
- Mentor and train construction staff on best practices and safety protocols.
- Implement project management strategies to optimize efficiency and minimize disruptions.
Profile
A successful candidate for the K-12 Superintendent role will have substantial experience in construction management for educational facilities. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a focus on safety and compliance.
