Client Details
My client is a national leader in food preservation and food safety technologies. Founded in 2017, they focus on selling science based microbial solutions for fresh food and pet industries, promoting natural preservatives across all food categories. They're a very technical company with a passion for good health, and an amazing opportunity to enter the ground floor of something amazing.
Description
Key Responsibilities:
- - Establish, maintain, and refine a growing portfolio of customer accounts as the company expands.
- Create and oversee an annual sales budget, aligning it with targeted goals and objectives.
- Apply and manage pricing strategies across assigned accounts to maximize profitability.
- Participate in critical business decision-making meetings, both internally and with clients.
- Lead technical discussions, support customers with troubleshooting, and coordinate project execution.
- Report directly to sales leadership and company founders, with a ton of freedom to do what you need to get a sale.

Profile
Requirements:
- - 5+ years of experience in the food and beverage industry.
- Prior experience selling functional ingredients in a B2B environment is preferred.
- A proven ability to build relationships and drive sales success is highly desirable.
- Technical expertise or a science-related degree is a strong asset.
- Experience in managing a sales pipeline, setting milestones, and tracking key performance metrics.
- A 'builder' mentality is essential, with the ability to cultivate new accounts while expanding existing relationships.
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus, but not mandatory.
