Description

The Residential Superintendent will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the daily operations of residential construction projects.
• Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain project timelines.
• Monitoring site safety and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
• Resolving any on-site issues effectively to minimize delays or disruptions.
• Communicating project updates to key stakeholders and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Reviewing and interpreting blueprints, specifications, and project plans.
• Leading and motivating construction teams to achieve project goals efficiently.
