Superintendent - High-End Interiors
The Superintendent is responsible for the field operations including establishing the safety culture on the jobsite and working closely with the Project Manager to maintain the job schedule, cost and staff to achieve profitable outcomes. You will be focused on luxury / high-end interiors

Florida Developer / General Contractor focused on High-End Projects.
Description
- Direct day-to-day on-site supervision of field labor force
- Maintain good relationships with internal and external clients
- Create and maintain 3 week look ahead schedule
- Develop and maintain site logistics plan
- Conduct quality inspections
- Coordinate site testing and inspection efforts
- Monitor costs, including labor time and material
- Manage schedules, including preparation of detailed short-term schedules and ensuring all activities take place on or ahead of scheduled dates
- Prepare and submit Superintendent's Daily Reports / updates within Procore
- Attend and participate in project meetings, including subcontractor meetings
Profile
- 10+ of experience as a superintendent leading high-end projects
- Ground Up and Interiors Construction Experience Preferred
- Ability to be a part of several projects at a time, located next to each other
- Experience with projects ranging in size from $2M to $10M
- Procore or similar software
- In-depth knowledge of commercial construction processes and practices
- Demonstrated strong leadership and interpersonal skills
