Description
The Program Manager is responsible for leading multiple customer programs from contract award through completion, ensuring delivery within budget, schedule, and technical requirements.
This role interfaces closely with customers and internal teams, manages financial performance, and drives clear communication across all phases of program execution.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing multiple programs to meet cost, schedule, and performance commitments.
- Serving as the primary customer interface throughout the program lifecycle.
- Controlling program budgets and ensuring compliance.
Profile
The successful candidate is an experienced program manager with a background in manufacturing and the ability to operate confidently in customer-facing, technically driven environments. They are organized, proactive, and comfortable leading cross-functional teams while maintaining accountability for results.
Key qualifications include:
- 5+ years of program or project management experience in manufacturing.
