Description

• Oversee daily operations of the multifamily project
• Manage on-site staff, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards at all times.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with project managers and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the management team.
• Resolve any on-site issues promptly to minimize delays.
• Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

Profile

A successful Superintendent should have:

• Proven experience in managing multifamily or affordable housing projects
• Ability to lead and manage diverse teams effectively
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards in construction
• Proficiency in interpreting blueprints and project plans
