Superintendent - Boulder

Main role is to coordinate all site construction activities and supervises all field personnel as required to successfully complete the project on schedule and within budget. This includes maintaining the highest quality, supervising all trade and field personnel, while administering good construction safety practices with all on-site activities.

Description

• Site Superintendent will be responsible for following the program created by the lead superintendent to ensure timely delivery of materials to meet the project time lines and requirements.
• Weekly Subcontractor meetings to be conducted by the Lead Superintendent to include, but not limited to a look ahead schedule review, safety, SWPPP, quality control, RFI's, submittals, coordination items, toolbox topics, etc.
• Responsible for assisting in planning prior to going vertical. Plan review to include, but not limited to; Fair Housing Compliance, Code Compliance, Construct-ability, Long Lead Items, Turn Sequence (Including Jurisdictional requirements), Egress, Dimensional Conflicts, Quality Control, Potential MEP conflicts, Etc.
• Assist the lead superintendent with coordination and supervision of all construction activities.
• Assist the lead superintendent with directing all field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget, with quality workmanship that conforms to original plans and specifications.
• Maintains construction schedule, identifies, and solves problems.
• Order materials and schedules inspections as necessary throughout the process.

Profile

• 3-5 years of superintendent experience with multifamily construction projects
• Ability to communicate with subcontractors and other project team members
• Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment
• Ability to mulitask
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill
