Description
Site Coordination: Assisting with coordinating on-site activities, ensuring the project runs smoothly and according to the construction schedule.
Team Support: Helping manage and direct the workforce, including laborers and subcontractors, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
Safety Compliance: Assisting in enforcing safety protocols, conducting safety inspections, and promoting a safe working environment for all personnel on-site.
Quality Control: Monitoring the quality of work and materials, ensuring they meet the project's specifications and industry standards.
Scheduling Assistance: Supporting the superintendent in developing, updating, and maintaining the construction schedule, ensuring deadlines are met.
Material and Equipment Management: Overseeing the availability and delivery of materials and equipment to the site, ensuring that they are used efficiently.
Documentation and Reporting: Assisting with maintaining project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and any necessary paperwork for permits and inspections.
Problem Solving: Helping to resolve issues that arise on-site, including delays, labor shortages, or other challenges, ensuring minimal disruption to the project.
Communication: Acting as a liaison between the construction superintendent, crew members, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
Inspection Assistance: Assisting with inspections and ensuring work is completed in compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications.
Profile
- Experience Required: 3-7 yrs of transferable experience as a Construction Super.
- Certifications: OSHA 10 + OSHA 30.
- Basic Computer Skills: Proficient in Procore + all Microsoft Applications.
- Education: Preferrably has a degree in a Construciton-related field.

- Base Salary: up to $110K based on previous relevant experience.
