Description

• Lead and manage daily operations within a Tier 1 food manufacturing plant, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Drive commercialization efforts and oversee supply chain and warehouse operations for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, FDA regulations, and OSHA standards to uphold safety and quality requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and improve operational processes.
• Monitor and maintain quality assurance standards to meet customer expectations and regulatory demands.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize operational performance and achieve organizational goals.
• Oversee budget management and resource allocation for the engineering and manufacturing department.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Profile

• Extensive experience in food manufacturing, particularly in Tier 1 plant settings.
• Strong knowledge of commercialization, supply chain, and warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, FDA compliance, OSHA standards, and quality assurance practices.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to develop and execute strategic operational plans.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities within engineering and manufacturing contexts.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
