Description

• Identify and implement quality improvements with documented solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement through team training and quality initiatives.
• Lead software implementation for digital inspection data management.
• Conduct quality audits to resolve production and system deficiencies.
• Proactively report issues to management to meet objectives.
• Ensure and enhance internal manufacturing process quality standards.
• Lead cross-functional meetings to enforce corrective actions.
• Perform internal audits to ensure IATF 16949 compliance.
• Execute layered process audits for ongoing quality and production enhancements.

Profile

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5+ years in automotive manufacturing, with 3+ years in Quality Engineering preferred.
• Strong leadership in QE with experience in lean manufacturing, project management, and ISO procedures.
• Expertise in critical thinking, problem-solving, root cause analysis, and preventative actions.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and time management.
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
