Technical Sales Manager - Natural Food Ingredients
The Technical Sales Manager will play a key role in driving revenue growth by combining technical knowledge with commercial acumen. This individual will manage key customer accounts, identify new business opportunities, and work closely with R&D and applications teams to deliver ingredient solutions that meet customer needs.

With a strong commitment to sustainability, quality, and customer collaboration, we serve a wide range of clients from startups to global CPG brands.
Description
- Manage and grow a portfolio of food and beverage clients across the world.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate ingredient solutions, leveraging a deep understanding of food science and formulation.
- Collaborate with internal R&D, technical services, and product development teams to support customer projects from concept through commercialization.
- Prepare and deliver compelling technical sales presentations and product demos.
- Develop pricing strategies, manage contracts, and meet/exceed annual sales targets.
- Attend trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events to promote the company and products.
- Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to inform product innovation and marketing strategies.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Nutrition, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in B2B technical sales in the food ingredients sector.
- Solid understanding of clean-label, plant-based, or functional ingredient applications.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Willingness to travel (~25-40%) for customer visits and industry events.
