My client, a leading general contractor in the Mid-Atlantic with over 70 years of experience and $400M in annual revenue, is seeking a Lead Superintendent to oversee high-value commercial projects ranging from $10M to $200M+ across multifamily, mixed-use, retail, office, and entertainment sectors. Description

They are seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to join their dynamic team. This is a great opportunity to work on diverse and high-value commercial projects, including multifamily, mixed-use, corporate interiors, retail, office, sports, and entertainment developments. Projects typically range from $10M to $50M, with some exceeding $200M+.

• Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain efficient workflow.
• Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Lead and mentor site teams to maintain productivity and professionalism.
• Solve on-site challenges efficiently while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders.

Profile

• 10+ years of experience in commercial construction, with a strong background in multifamily, mixed-use, or large-scale commercial projects.
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage teams effectively.
• Strong knowledge of construction best practices, safety regulations, and scheduling.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
