Project Manager - Greenville, NC
A leading healthcare builder is seeking a Project Manager for an upcoming ECU Health project involving floor operating rooms and cancer center spaces. This role is ideal for an experienced PM or SPM with strong technical healthcare experience who can lead complex renovation and clinical upfit scopes.

A well‑regarded contractor with statewide presence in healthcare, higher ed, and technical commercial projects. The team emphasizes collaboration, precision, and healthcare quality standards while supporting PMs with strong operations and field leadership.
Description
- Lead the planning and execution of ECU Health Smith Tower clinical and surgical renovations
- Oversee scheduling, budgeting, procurement, RFIs, submittals, and change management
- Manage subcontractor coordination, infection control measures, and safety requirements
- Work directly with field teams to ensure quality and compliance with healthcare standards
- Serve as the primary client liaison throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure on‑time and on‑budget delivery of high‑risk, highly technical scopes
Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
- Strong background in healthcare construction (operating rooms, clinical spaces preferred)
- Prior experience as a PM; open to Senior Project Manager level
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client‑facing skills
- Able to manage complex renovation within active medical facilities
- Strong organizational skills and technical competency
Job Offer
Base salary up to $160,000
- Vehicle allowance: $650/month
