Description
- Project Support: Assist in managing project scopes and ensuring timelines are met, from inception through completion, for ground-up builds and complex renovation projects.
- Client Relations: Foster positive client relationships, ensuring needs are understood and met.
- Software Utilization: Use Procore, PlanGrid, and Sage 300 for effective project documentation and team communication.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with superintendents and subcontractors to drive project milestones.
Profile
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in construction management, ideally with ground-up building experience in apartments, healthcare, or educational projects.
- Project Background: Proven ability to manage projects $10M+ in value.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel, MS Office, Procore, PlanGrid, and Sage 300.

- Competitive Salary: Base of $85K-$95K with an additional bonus potential up to 10%.
