Description

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities across multiple business units and subsidiaries

• Review and approve complex journal entries, reconciliations, and financial adjustments

• Monitor revenue recognition, cost allocation, and asset management to ensure accuracy

• Oversee compliance with energy sector-specific financial and environmental reporting requirements

• Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies to address inquiries and filings

Profile

• Proven leadership experience in managing accounting functions within a large, complex organization

• Deep knowledge of GAAP, regulatory compliance, and industry-specific accounting standards

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights

• Skilled in implementing process improvements and leveraging technology to optimize efficiency

• Excellent communication abilities for collaborating with executives, auditors, and cross-functional teams

• CPA or equivalent professional certification preferred
