Maintenance Manager - Lawerence, MA
This role oversees all maintenance operations within a large production facility, ensuring equipment reliability, effective preventive maintenance execution, and timely reactive support. The Maintenance Manager leads supervisors and technicians, manages spare parts and resource planning, supports cross‑functional problem‑solving, and drives improvements aligned with safety and performance goals.

Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop maintenance supervisors and technicians.
- Oversee preventive and reactive maintenance programs to meet reliability targets.
- Serve as the owner and power user of the CMMS and spare parts processes.
- Support maintenance planning, troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and reliability improvements.
- Partner with operations to meet goals related to safety, uptime, quality, and cost.
- Identify recurring equipment issues and implement loss‑reduction strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support structured work systems.
- Manage maintenance budget, scheduling, overtime, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate cross‑functional efforts to resolve operational challenges.
Profile
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree required; technical degree preferred.
- 5+ years of maintenance experience in a production/manufacturing facility.
- 3+ years of leadership experience overseeing maintenance teams.
- Strong background improving equipment reliability (PR%, OEE%, or similar).
- Hands‑on experience with CMMS and/or ERP tools.
- Strong troubleshooting, RCA, and problem‑solving skills.
- Confident leader with excellent communication and team‑development abilities.
- Able to work independently in a fast‑paced, multi‑shift environment; flexible schedule as needed.
