Description

As a CNC Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and optimizing CNC machining processes, programming multi-axis machines, and supporting production through tooling and fixture design.

This role requires strong collaboration with design, quality, and operations teams to ensure manufacturability and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement CNC machining processes, including tooling and programming.
  • Analyze workflows to improve productivity and reduce cycle times.
  • Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for manufacturing issues.

Profile

The ideal CNC Manufacturing Engineer will have extensive CNC machining experience, strong CAD/CAM proficiency, and a solid understanding of GD&T and Lean principles.

You should be a hands-on problem solver with excellent communication skills and the ability to work across departments.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of CNC machining and process engineering experience.
  • Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and multi-axis CNC programming.
  • Strong knowledge of GD&T.
