Description
- Manage and oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with scope, quality, and client expectations.
- Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules, budgets, and financial forecasts to drive project success and profitability.
- Coordinate closely with clients, subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to meet milestones, resolve issues, and maintain project momentum.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company protocols across all project sites.
- Conduct regular site visits to evaluate progress, uphold quality standards, and proactively address field issues.
- Prepare, present, and communicate project status reports to stakeholders, providing clear insights into progress, risks, and next steps.
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks to safeguard timelines, budgets, and delivery outcomes.
- Foster strong, long‑term relationships with clients, partners, and project stakeholders to support repeat business and future opportunities.
