Description

• Manage and oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with scope, quality, and client expectations.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules, budgets, and financial forecasts to drive project success and profitability.
• Coordinate closely with clients, subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to meet milestones, resolve issues, and maintain project momentum.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company protocols across all project sites.
• Conduct regular site visits to evaluate progress, uphold quality standards, and proactively address field issues.
• Prepare, present, and communicate project status reports to stakeholders, providing clear insights into progress, risks, and next steps.
