Senior AI Risk Governance Officer
The Senior AI Risk Governance Officer will support enterprise-wide initiatives related to model data and AI risk in our Investments and Capital Markets division.

Key Responsibilities
Risk Oversight: Evaluate information risks within the division and ensure effective management strategies are in place.
Data Governance Standards: Implement governance practices and compliance measures for data and models, ensuring alignment with enterprise metadata standards.
Enhance Data Quality: Lead efforts to improve data accuracy, safeguard sensitive information, and enhance overall data management strategies.
Collaborative Practices: Work with cross-functional teams to advance data management practices, address dependencies, and establish clear data lineage.
Drive Efficiency: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and implement a unified data model with centralized storage.
Critical Data Management: Oversee workflows and maintain systems for managing critical model data.
Performance Reporting: Create and maintain reports to track governance metrics and monitor risk performance.
Profile
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years' experience in data governance within financial services.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent expertise required.
At least 3 years' experience in operational risk management, covering technology, information, or model risks.
Hands-on experience with tools like Collibra and a solid understanding of data flow documentation, metadata, and lineage processes.
Strong knowledge of industry best practices and standards in information risk management.
Exceptional collaboration and communication skills.
Job Offer
$150,000 - $175,000 base salary.
