Description

The Project Manager - Data Center Construction - Berwick, PA will be responsible for:

• Planning and organizing all phases of data center construction, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Managing day-to-day operations on-site and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Communicating with clients, design teams, and internal stakeholders to align project goals and expectations.
• Tracking progress, monitoring costs, and reporting updates to senior leadership.
• Resolving issues proactively and mitigating risks to maintain timelines and profitability.
• Negotiating with vendors and subcontractors while building strong working relationships.
• Driving team performance and providing leadership to achieve project milestones.

Profile

The Project Manager - Data Center Construction - Berwick, PA will have:

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in mission-critical or data center projects.
• Proven ability in managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance.
• Strong skills in problem-solving, forecasting, and risk management.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
