A well-established and highly respected general contractor with a strong presence in Southern California is seeking an experienced OSHPD Project Manager to join the team in Orange County. This company is known for delivering complex healthcare and institutional projects while maintaining a strong culture focused on collaboration, career development, and long-term employee retention.
Description
- Manage OSHPD healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through completion
- Oversee budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor management
- Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, and inspectors to ensure compliance with California healthcare construction regulations
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHPD/HCAI standards, safety protocols, and quality control
- Lead project meetings and provide regular reporting on schedule, cost, and progress
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
- Support preconstruction teams with constructability reviews and value engineering
Profile
- OSHPD / healthcare project experience required
- Proven ability to manage projects from $10M - $100M+
- Strong knowledge of California building codes and healthcare construction regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
