Description
Assistant Project Manager - Group Up Academic Projects - Worcester MA will:
- Assist with subcontractor and supplier buyouts, procurement, and management
- Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project closeout documentation
- Evaluate RFPs and solicit pricing from subcontractors and suppliers
- Resolve project-related issues efficiently and proactively
- Track and ensure timely procurement of materials
Profile
The Assistant Project Manager will have:
- 1-4 years of construction industry experience
- Background in public, academic, or K-12 projects (preferred)
- Solid project history - no job-hopping
- Experience with Procore
- Go-getter personality - looking to grow into a PM role
