Packaging Sales Representative
Client Details
The Packaging Sales Representative will play a critical role in expanding market presence and nurturing long‑term customer relationships. This individual will develop tailored solutions for both new and existing clients, using deep industry knowledge and a consultative approach.
You will represent a highly respected organization with a strong reputation for quality, service, and innovation.
Description
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers in Salt Lake City, Utah and surrounding areas.
- Source and qualify prospective clients through industry research, networking, trade shows, and digital channels.
- Assess client needs and propose customized solutions to support their production, growth, and packaging objectives.
- Conduct customer presentations, on‑site visits, and facility tours.
- Collaborate with customer service, operations, and leadership teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Track sales activities, maintain CRM data, and ensure accurate reporting.
- Negotiate pricing, timelines, and product specifications.
- Provide accurate quotes, cost analyses, and order details.
- Stay current on market trends, competitor activity, and product developments.
- Resolve customer concerns and manage account escalations when needed.
Profile
- Minimum 3 years of B2B packaging sales representative experience in the folding carton industry (within the last 12 months).
- Based in Salt Lake City, Utah.
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Valid U.S. driver's license.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time‑management skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Strong team mindset with integrity and professionalism.

Job Offer
- Salary range: $60,000-$200,000 per year
- Commission: Uncapped earning potential
