Financial/KYC Consultant

Description

• Manage relationships with non-Chinese clients and stakeholders within the Financial Services sector.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support legal and financial operations.
• Provide guidance on legal matters to ensure smooth functioning of the Financial team
• Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents and agreements.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with client relationships and transactions.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all client-related activities.
• Support the team in achieving strategic objectives and deadlines.

Profile

A successful candidate should have:

• Fluency in MANDARIN **
• A strong background in Financial Services and legal operations.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
