Project Manager - NYC Public Interior Project
A leading construction management firm is seeking a Project Manager for a 2-year interior courthouse project in NYC. This role requires expertise in public buildings, document management, and trade coordination.
Client Details
- Established over 50 years ago, specializing in public-sector projects
- Strong expertise in ground-up and interior construction
- Team-oriented culture, competing with Gilbane, STV, LIRO, and TDX
Description
- Manage RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
- Oversee trade coordination and subcontractor performance
- Utilize MS Suite (Word, Excel) and network drives for organization
- Ensure compliance with public project standards and timelines
- Work onsite full-time to monitor project progress
Profile
2+ years of experience in construction project management (public projects preferred)
Background in engineering, construction technology, or union trade experience
Strong proficiency in MS Suite and document control
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple trades onsite
