My client is a prominent real estate development and management company headquartered right out of Downtown Boston, with projects all throughout the Eastern seaboard. They have established themselves as a leading player in the industry, contributing significantly to the urban landscape in Boston and throughout the East Coast. They were founded in the early 1980s, since then developing a diverse portfolio from small retail fit out projects to high rise multifamily buildings. They stand as a respected developer in the area, seeking an experienced Multifamily/Commercial Project Manager who is passionate about commercial real estate.

Description

The Successful Project Manager will be responsible for:

• Leasing Support, Vacancy Planning, design coordinating
• Establishing landlord and tenant delivery obligations for the portfolio
• Working alongside Tenant Construction Managers
• Supporting pre-lease & lease negotiations - pricing/cost analysis
• Leasing and Marketing Support
• Coordinating with project architects and engineers
• Utilize necessary technologies

Profile

The Successful Project Manager candidate will have:

• 3 - 5 years of Project Management experience
• Retail project experience
• Soft Skills **great communicator, be able to interact/ communicate with clients**
• A passion for commercial real estate
• Civil Engineering background, contractor or developer
• Skilled in AutoCAD, Excel, Word, Blue beam, Procore, P6, BIM/VDC
