Senior Estimator - DFW Multifamily Construction
We are looking for an experienced Construction Senior Estimator with a highlighted focus on multifamily projects to join their team in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in estimating ground-up projects.

Description
- The Senior Estimator works to prepare estimates and proposals for conceptual projects
- Complete assigned project estimates on established deadlines and priorities.
- Prepare clear and effective proposals for review by the Lead Estimator for assigned projects according to standard processes.
- Assist in performing value engineering of new or alternate materials, means and methods of construction.
- Assist in soliciting or qualifying and qualify proposals from suppliers and/or subcontractors; participate in the procurement process, as directed
- Provide estimating assistance with Change Orders, as required.
Profile
- Minimum 8+ years of experience with a general contractor
- Bachelor's degree in construction field required
- Experience leading and assisting on multifamily construction projects
- Positive attitude & able to effectively communicate
- Success driven
- Exemplifies good leadership qualities and characteristics
- Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, materials, and local subcontractors
- Previous mentorship experience is a strong plus
