With a reputation for quality, craftsmanship, and innovation, this firm builds over 5,000 homes annually and has completed over 30 million square feet of LEED-certified projects. Their portfolio includes multifamily, senior living, and high-rise commercial projects, with work primarily in the DC, Maryland, and Virginia region. Projects range from $60M to $200M in value, utilizing wood frame, concrete, and steel construction.
Description
- Assist in budgeting and schematic leveling throughout the design phase
- Collaborate with the design team to develop drawings
- Work closely with the Preconstruction Executive & Director to refine project details
- Support negotiated projects (minimal estimating required)
- Transition projects to the operations team for execution
Profile
- 2-5 years of preconstruction & budgeting experience
- Background in multifamily, senior living, or high-rise commercial projects
- Strong ability to work with design teams and understand project development
- Experience with negotiated projects preferred
