Structural Project Manager- Multifamily
We are seeking a Structural Project Manager with experience working at a shell contractor specializing in high-rise apartment projects. This role offers the opportunity to manage large-scale structural projects in Miami, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule adherence.

Our client is a leading shell contractor in South Florida, specializing in the structural construction of high-rise apartment buildings. With a strong pipeline of projects and a reputation for excellence, they are known for delivering high-quality concrete structures on time and within budget.
Description
- Oversee and manage structural construction projects from pre-construction to completion.
- Coordinate with superintendents, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
- Maintain strict adherence to budget, scheduling, and quality control standards.
- Provide technical guidance and problem-solving expertise for structural and concrete-related challenges.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and local building regulations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and consultants regarding project progress.
- Manage and mentor field and project teams to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Profile
- Must have 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager working for a shell contractor.
- Proven expertise managing high-rise residential or commercial structural projects.
- Strong knowledge of concrete structures, post-tensioned slabs, and formwork systems.
- Ability to effectively manage schedules, budgets, and subcontractor coordination.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to drive project success.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred but not required.
