We are seeking a Structural Project Manager with experience working at a shell contractor specializing in high-rise apartment projects. This role offers the opportunity to manage large-scale structural projects in Miami, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule adherence.

Description

• Oversee and manage structural construction projects from pre-construction to completion.
• Coordinate with superintendents, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
• Maintain strict adherence to budget, scheduling, and quality control standards.
• Provide technical guidance and problem-solving expertise for structural and concrete-related challenges.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and local building regulations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and consultants regarding project progress.
• Manage and mentor field and project teams to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Profile

• Must have 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager working for a shell contractor.
• Proven expertise managing high-rise residential or commercial structural projects.
• Strong knowledge of concrete structures, post-tensioned slabs, and formwork systems.
• Ability to effectively manage schedules, budgets, and subcontractor coordination.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to drive project success.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred but not required.
