Project Manager - Design Build New Construction - DC
This role leads complex construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, with full ownership over schedule, budget, quality, and team coordination. You'll manage high‑visibility work, collaborate closely with owners and designers, and drive outcomes in a results‑oriented environment.

Description
- Lead projects from preconstruction through completion, owning scope, schedule, budget, and quality
- Manage subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure alignment and performance
- Oversee cost control, forecasting, change management, and risk mitigation
- Drive constructability reviews, logistics planning, and phased construction strategies
- Coordinate closely with owners, architects, and public agencies
- Proactively identify issues and resolve them before they impact the project
- Maintain safety, compliance, and quality standards throughout construction
- Support team development and contribute to a collaborative project culture

Profile
- Experience as a Project Manager on commercial or institutional projects
- Background with complex renovations, interiors, adaptive reuse, or ground‑up construction
- Strong understanding of construction means and methods
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance
- Comfort operating in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience with CMAR or public‑sector projects preferred
