HR/Talent Acquisition Manager
As the Talent Acquisition Recruiter you will execute hiring strategies to attract top-tier talent. Reporting directly to the President, you will play a pivotal role as a member of the leadership team, working directly with hiring managers to create and post job descriptions, screen resumes, and coordinate interview processes.

As they expand their reach, they're looking for an experienced Recruiter to build and lead the hiring strategy.
Description
- Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring alignment with company culture and role requirements.
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Develop a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates through networking, social media, and industry events.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with company standards.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, providing timely feedback to candidates and stakeholders.
- Build relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners to enhance candidate sourcing.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring progress and pipeline status.
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Profile
- 3+ years of recruitment experience
- Real estate or construction experience
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
