Description

In this role, the Program Manager's responsibilities will include the following:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of program operations within the Engineering & Manufacturing department.
• Develop strategic plans, set objectives and monitor progress towards achieving project goals.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure program objectives align with overall company strategy.
• Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders, and executive leadership.
• Implement risk management practices and maintain program documentation.
• Deliver regular program status updates and performance reports.
• Manage resources effectively and ensure adherence to budget constraints.
• Continually improve processes and systems to enhance efficiency and quality.

Profile

A successful Program Manager should have:

• Relevant degree in Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in program management within the Industrial space.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong strategic planning and operational management abilities.
• Proficiency in risk management and project/program management software.
• Must posses strong presentation skills.
• 7+ years of experience.
