Description

• Support safe, high‑quality production by monitoring key quality metrics and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Lead corrective and preventive action efforts, including root‑cause analysis and process‑stability improvements.
• Develop and apply inspection methods, incoming material requirements, and visual process‑management tools.
• Audit processes, update operating procedures, and maintain compliance with quality‑system expectations.
• Provide on‑floor coaching, training, and cross‑functional support to strengthen quality practices across the area.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends, eliminate waste, and enhance overall process capability.
• Manage process changes, contain questionable product, and communicate updates to all relevant personnel.
