Description
The Manufacturing Engineer will analyze and optimize assembly processes, implement lean methodologies, and support day-to-day production operations. This position requires hands-on involvement in tooling design, workflow improvements, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cost-effective product delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Improve assembly processes and eliminate bottlenecks.
- Design and implement tooling and fixtures for efficient production.
- Support new product development and enhance manufacturability.
Profile
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing engineering, with experience in process optimization and lean principles. They should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and lean manufacturing concepts.
