• Lead daily field operations for civil construction projects, including excavation, utilities, grading, concrete, drainage, and roadway work.
• Supervise, direct, and coordinate crew members, subcontractors, and equipment operators.
• Read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Monitor job progress, maintain quality control, and uphold project timelines.
• Enforce safety protocols and company policies across the jobsite.
• Work closely with project managers to address jobsite challenges and document daily activities.
• Mentor and develop crew members to support a productive and cohesive team.
